Returns

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used makeup and beauty products.

  • Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To request a return, contact us at [insert your support email] with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

  • Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable cannot be returned.

  • Returns must include proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as B-You is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

  • Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges
